Amanda Douvier is the senior instructional designer behind Zillow Academy. To build the academy’s learning modules, she employs a variety of formats, including video, interactive quizzes and scripts used by agents for practice. “Our goal is to make sure that all of the lessons are relevant, and that it gets to the right people at the right time,” she says. That’s why courses are parsed out in short modules and include estimated completion times.
