Context
This project frames host education as more than a content library. It treats learning as an operating system for activation, confidence, quality, retention, and revenue impact.
The spreadsheet uses a host education scenario to map what an MVP version of learning support could look like, how it could mature over time, and which metrics would help prove whether the system is working.

Download XLSXMeasurement approach
The model connects learning participation and behavior change to business signals such as activation, first booking, review quality, response time, occupancy, retention, and support volume.
This is a thought study, so it does not claim measured Airbnb results. The value is in the measurement architecture and the way it connects education work to observable host and business outcomes.
What this demonstrates
This sample shows learning ecosystem thinking, product education strategy, measurement planning, stakeholder alignment, accessibility awareness, and the ability to communicate a scalable model in a practical format.
